What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Mostly we use the United States postal Service (USPS) and this can take 6-8 days going overland within the USA. We charge a flat rate of $15 for this service or free if the order is worth over $99. We can also use Fedex, DHL or UPS if you request it but there will be an additional cost.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes can ship all items from the USA, we will tell you how much your shipping will cost at check out if you want delivery to a country that is not the USA.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For USA orders you can be waiting anywhere up to 8 business days. Please note we ship these items domestically form within the United States so there is no problem with items coming in from overseas. Your order will not be seized at customs checkpoint.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At the moment weare only taking untraceable payments because we are selling controlled drugs without prescription. In reality this means we are only taking bitcoin payments. To make an order just add the item(s) to the shopping cart and check out like normal. No payment will be taken at this stage but we will email you back with details on how to complete the order and make payment.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We ship all our orders discreetly. There is no mention on the packaging as to what is contained inside.

How do I place an Order?
Jus add the items to your cart and check out as you normally would. No payment will be taken at this time but we will get back to you with details of how to make the bitcoin payment and complete the order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Just use the contact form to email us. If the order has not gone out we will cancel it and refund your payment. If the order has already gone out we will accept returns as long as the packaging is intact and its returned within 7 days. We will provide details of where to return the product. Payment will be refunded once the product has been returned.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you do not need an account but it can be better for you in order to check up on orders and receive discounted products. You will be presented with an opportunity to register an account upon checkout.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will email you tracking info once the order has been shipped. You can also log into your account for more updates.
How Can I Return a Product?
Yes you can return an order as long as the seals have not been broken on the packaging and the product has been returned within 7 days.
For HGH returns please keep the gel packs that came with the order and refreeze them to include in the return packing. This is to keep the HGH at the correct temperature whilst in transit.
